20th Anniversary
20 years ago we formed as a team of 2 people supporting four companies' IT needs. We now support over 4,000 end users, providing over 21,000 hours of remote technical assistance a year, and over 10,000 hours of onsite technical consultancy.
We now have a 35 strong technical team who last year helped 146 organisations create and implement an IT strategy and spent 120 days in accredited technical training in order to keep up to date with industry developments.
We hosted 836 delegates at our free technical seminars and briefings, and we now respond to over 18,500 support requests via our dedicate remote helpdesk.
We’ve achieved ISO 9001 and investors in people accreditation, and won 18 industry awards.
