We provide a professional, friendly working environment. We believe in a work-hard, play-hard culture. The team has fun - it's important to be able to laugh in this game! We have on-site sports facilities including badminton courts, weekly Pilates and table tennis sessions. We also make sure we have regular evenings or days out, which in the past few months have ranged from canoeing days to curry nights, laser quest and bowling challenges to meals out.

It's important to us, that you share our vision for the future. For that reason we encourage everyone to take part in our annual business planning brainstorms - after all, we're not the only people that can come up with new ideas! We also have quarterly team meetings to discuss business strategy, and to make plans for the coming months.

For everyone interested in developing their technical expertise, we really believe that you can't make a much smarter career move than coming to ramsac! We look after such a wide range of client environments, no two days will ever be the same. You really couldn't hope to get a more rounded set of technical skills as you can get from the hands on learning that you will get on a daily basis at ramsac.

Every year, we look for a highly motivated young person who is keen to make a break in to a career in technology. We offer a 12 month technical support apprenticeship programme which includes a wide range of training and hands on experience. The successful candidate will graduate with five industry recognised qualifications, training in customer service skills and a year's worth of hands on technical knowledge. Our apprentice graduates normally then stay with us and join our IT helpdesk team, progressing through a ramsac career path.
