ramsac a leading IT solutions provider today announced that following 32% growth for the 2004/05 financial year it has expanded with the addition of three new consultant appointments. Amanda Tubby takes the role of Support Consultant and Matthew Tibbs and Andrew Southam have been recruited as Network Consultants. The expansion is a result of the success of its Outsourced IT Management Service, providing SMEs with all the skills of a professional IT department.
Managing Director of ramsac, Robert May comments on why the company is experiencing year-on-year growth, “ramsac recognises that SMEs do not have the time or in-house expertise to ensure they are maximising the potential for technology within their business. In addition to revenue growth, ramsac has also achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 93%, whilst increasing the number of ongoing contractual clients by 12%. “We have expanded our support team to meet the continued increase in demand for our Outsourced IT Management Service,” adds May. “Our clients are recognising the benefits of using our service which have resulted in improvements in efficiency, more stable solutions, quicker responses, less down time and reduced overheads.”
