ramsac, a leading IT solutions consultancy based in Godalming, Surrey, today announced that it has achieved finalist status in three major national business awards – The Computing Awards for Excellence; The BCS (British Computer Society) IT Industry Awards and Institute of Directors Young Director Awards 2008.
For the second successive year, the Managing Director and Co-Founder of ramsac, Robert May is acknowledged as one of the top three young Directors in the country by the Institute of Directors (IoD). He will be representing the South of England at the awards ceremony, taking place on Tuesday 25th November 2008 at The IoD head office in Pall Mall, London.
The company has also been shortlisted by the Computing Awards for Excellence in recognition for its ongoing work with the investment property company, Imagine Homes (www.imaginehomes.co.uk), in the Best Small Business IT Strategy 2008 category. In addition, ramsac has been nominated as the SME Supplier of the Year in the Organisational Excellence category of The BCS (British Computer Society) IT Industry Awards. The awards recognised the application of IT best practice to deliver tangible benefits to their organisations and their clients.
