ramsac, a leading IT solutions consultancy based in Godalming, Surrey, today announced that it has been working with Imagine Homes to provide the IT provision in the complete refurbishment of their Hogarth Roundabout property store - which when operational, will be the first retail outlet in the UK dedicated to investment property.
ramsac’s project work with Imagine Homes sees the installation of a Citrix Presentation Server, allowing ramsac to web enable the complete network and provide access to all users wherever they happened to be (across multiple sites and time zones) and secure links to locations such as the company’s office in Dubai. The project follows a previous installation by ramsac for Imagine Homes’ Farnborough Head office.

The ambitious new Hogarth Roundabout venture will encapsulate Imagine Homes' unique buy-to-let offering across a 17,000 sq ft, two-storey state-of-the art centre. This multi-million pound investment has allowed Imagine Homes to create the ultimate environment to consider property investment options, offering Europe's first retail experience that will showcase the future of property investment.
Investors will be presented with a vision of the Imagine Homes proposition through a high tech audiovisual experience. The company's countrywide portfolio of luxury properties will be delivered on a series of plasma screens, all at the touch of a button. Investors won't need to visit their proposed purchase site; a virtual tour of all properties means they can sample every specification from the comfort of this facility.
A fully dedicated sales team will also be based on site and will be available to answer any questions investors may have. Further facilities on the ground floor include a relaxing café/ bar and a supervised stay and play area for children..
On the first floor there will be executive offices, meeting rooms and a state of the art theatre for bi-weekly workshops.
This ground-breaking development is situated at one of London's most sought-after sites with its location on the A4 and is passed by over 500,000 people per day. Work has already begun on implementing Imagine Homes' vision, with doors set to open in the autumn of 2008.

The Hogarth Roundabout is one of London's best known road junctions. It is situated at the junction of the A316 Great Chertsey Road and the A4 Great West Road.
The Hogarth Roundabout is named after William Hogarth who lived in nearby Hogarth's House. It is also the location of the Griffin Brewery of Fuller, Smith and Turner, where beer has been brewed since 1654, and the George and Devonshire pub, built in 1790. The roundabout is noteworthy for the single lane flyover built as temporary measure in 1969 which carries eastbound traffic from the A316 on to the A4.
