The survey also shows that all the polled clients are highly satisfied with ramsac’s service as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
The survey re-affirms ramsac’s commitment to delivering the best services to clients, as Managing Director Robert May explained: “We are absolutely delighted to have achieved the highest marks across the board in the survey, and would like to thank our loyal clients for their support. The survey also stated that an impressive 90% of clients using ramsac’s services felt it gave their own business a competitive advantage. Overall ramsac’s results were well ahead of the average satisfaction results for all UK partners, in every section of the survey with 100% of respondents rating ramsac’s technical service as either Excellent or Very Good and 98% of respondents saying they were likely to purchase from ramsac again in the near future.
In becoming a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, ramsac has already demonstrated superior levels of successful implementations, capabilities and certification. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are required to meet rigorous requirements for certification and expertise. ramsac has reached the status of Gold Certified Partner by demonstrating increased levels of certification, comprehensive real-world experience, and by providing completed customer reference projects that were independently verified by Microsoft.
In addition, ramsac also has Microsoft Small Business Specialist status, which is awarded by Microsoft to technology suppliers who have proven skills in supporting the technology needs of SME companies, and is also a Microsoft Authorised Education Reseller, having demonstrated to Microsoft its ability to provide specialist advice to Schools, Colleges, Universities and Registered Charities.
