Effective project management starts with initial ‘discovery’ and a thorough appraisal of the overall requirement followed by a detailed project scoping process to determine the exact vision of what success will look like. This outputs a detailed brief as a basis for supplier tenders and budget framing.
Once the requirement has been agreed and the scope of the project established, ramsac can work with you to brief your preferred suppliers, or identify other suitable candidates. Alternatively we are happy to own the entire supplier recruitment process.

This scoping process then leads to a project plan with agreed time lines, deliverables, budgets and payment structures. Once the project is kicked-off ramsac can act as your expert ‘point of contact’ leading all required responses from your organisation to ensure timeliness in all aspects of project delivery. We will also keep a close eye on ‘scope creep’.
Throughout the life of the project, and even past final implementation and ‘go live’, ramsac will monitor all aspects of deliverables and delivery to ensure you receive the value that was agreed when the contract was signed.
