Our lunch and learn sessions are an excellent way to keep abreast with current IT issues and solutions. Join a small group of business leaders and IT professionals, for an informal lunch and live product demonstration. Each session lasts about 2 hours and features an industry expert speaker and sessions are limited to 6 people to ensure that everyone gets exactly what they want from the session.

Most organisations are still using traditional telephone systems that have been in place, and working reliably, for the last ten or fifteen years.
In the vast majority of cases these traditional phone systems will be completely separate to the IT systems. In some cases they will share the same cabling, but that’s generally as far as it goes.
You can dial a number on your desk phone, transfer a call, conference someone in, and maybe listen to your voicemail. When you want to find a phone number, you look it up in your database, Microsoft Outlook, or maybe even your mobile phone, then re-type it into your desk phone.
For some organisations, that’s all they ever want to do with a phone. They want it to ring when someone wants to speak to them, and they want to be able to dial numbers.
However, some organisations want to do more. They don’t want to have to re-type numbers into their phone, they don’t want to play telephone-tag with someone else in the company, they don’t want to have to remember to check their voicemail on their phone, they don’t want to have to use their personal phone when they work from home.
