We promise our clients that we will ‘make IT simple.’ Dealing with people on a daily basis, you’re the person that really helps our clients to enjoy the ‘stress-free’ feeling about IT that we promise. Your job is to be proactive, professional and friendly – working on projects, rolling out new solutions, remotely supporting and managing their infrastructure, fixing their issues (and preventing them from happening again), making them feel calm and confident in your ability, and making sure that the client feels well communicated with at all times. The feeling you leave the client with after your interaction will often form that client’s whole opinion of our company. To our clients, you are ramsac!
This role will be split primarily between remote work from our office and with some onsite work with clients across London and the South East.
