You will provide remote and onsite technical services to our clients

Your job is to be proactive, professional and friendly – working on projects, rolling out new solutions, remotely supporting and managing their infrastructure, fixing their issues (and preventing them from happening again), making them feel calm and confident in your ability, and making sure that the client feels well communicated with at all times. Technical variety

This role will be split primarily between remote work from our office and with some onsite work with clients across London and the South East.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Be responsible for the remote monitoring of client networks
  • Work alongside consultants on client projects, including office moves, network upgrades and roll outs of new hardware, software and cloud services
  • Visit clients for both planned and emergency technical work
  • Assist our remote support team with third line and escalated support requests
  • Maintain and develop your technical skill set to ensure that our solutions remain at the cutting edge
  • Take part in planning work and produce written reports for clients
