As part of its wider IT strategy, DK Household Brands was looking to modernise its UK device management approach and reduce reliance on its remaining on-premises Active Directory devices.

The solution

ramsac worked with DK Household Brands to deliver an Intune project over a six-week period, supporting the UK team as part of its wider cloud migration work.

Alongside the project delivery, ramsac continued to provide DK Household Brands with its ongoing totalIT service, including regular Technical Consultant input, weekly Field Support Consultant support and day-to-day IT support for the UK part of the business.
