We remove personal information six months after the end of the contract, unless requested otherwise. We retain the primary contact and any other contacts marked as decision makers or influencers, which is then covered by the Prospective Customers section above.

The basis for processing is Article 6 (a) – Consent, as you have consented to us processing your information for the above purpose.

How long will we keep your information?

Unsuccessful applications will be removed six months after submission, successful applications will be removed shortly after their start date with ramsac. We may keep a shortlist of candidates that weren’t successful at the point of application, but for whom we feel there may be a role in the future. In this case we will seek ongoing consent after six months.
