Harnessing AI masterclass for business leaders
The session is a practical, engaging half-day designed to help leaders understand what AI can really do, where it can create value in their organisation, and how to move from experimentation to effective adoption.
We’ll cover the wider AI landscape, moving well beyond ChatGPT and Copilot basics, and focus on four key areas:
- How to use AI properly, with practical techniques that save time and improve the quality of output
- People, policies and principles, including responsible use, governance and data protection
- AI strategy, with a practical framework for embedding AI across the organisation rather than leaving it to individual experimentation
- Easy wins, with tools, examples and use cases that can be put into practice immediately.
Throughout the session we’ll demonstrate AI and share practical examples of how organisations are already using it. We’ll also explore the 20+60+20 principle, why human knowledge and judgement remain essential to getting genuinely great results from AI.
By the end, attendees should have a much clearer understanding of where their organisation is today, where the opportunities lie, and the practical steps they can take next.
