ramsac wins ‘World Class Workplace Engagement’ Award

We are thrilled to announce that ramsac has been awarded the prestigious 3 Star accreditation rating, reflecting “world class levels of workplace engagement” in the 2022 Best Companies to Work For survey.

Best Companies is a really special award, because it’s not judged by corporate sponsors – rather it is based on a very detailed questionnaire, answered anonymously by all employees, and in turn analysed by Best Companies who bench mark the results against thousands of businesses throughout the UK. The survey measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer. It covers all areas of workplace culture, from recruitment to diversity, training to feedback, development opportunity to salary, feedback to a sense of doing good work and supporting the wider community.

It’s the fourth year ramsac have taken part in the Best Companies analysis and this is our highest rating yet. The last year has been an important one for the firm. We’ve increased our overall headcount by nearly 50% during a time where our offices have been closed for significant chunks of time. It makes achieving the top tier accreditation even more special. We’ve worked really hard to ensure that our teams have continued to feel the ramsac values in action, have continued to feel supported and have continued to receive the support they need to enable them to be the best versions of themselves. For them to rate us so highly is real vindication for all those efforts, and we literally couldn’t be happier!
