On Monday 21st July, we begin rolling out the brand-new ramsac Client Portal to a wider group of our totalIT clients. This is the next step following our initial pilot, and we’re thrilled to be opening access to even more organisations.
What is the Client Portal?
The portal is a smarter, faster way to:

- Track the progress of existing requests
- Access IT health reports and dashboards
- View assets and invoices
- And much more – all from one secure location, available 24/7
Whether you’re a primary contact managing your organisation’s IT, or a team member needing help, the portal gives you visibility, control, and convenience in just a few clicks.

If you’re part of our totalIT service and haven’t yet been onboarded, don’t worry, you’ll receive your access soon!
- Clients in this phase will receive a welcome email with login info, user guides, and a short video to help you get started.
- We’re also running live demo sessions and will share recordings to help users get the most out of the portal.
