We’ll agree your specific objectives, carry out a detailed technical audit to understand areas of the current system that may require improvement, we’ll speak to end users to understand the ‘on the ground’ view of your IT estate and we’ll spend time interviewing key stakeholders from across your organisation to ensure we are clear about what needs to be achieved by IT in the coming months and years. We will document your key suppliers, understand how all services mesh together, and optionally, undertake a cyber readiness review.
With all this complete, we’ll present a detailed report and an actionable roadmap to ensure that all stakeholders understand what needs to happen next.

Our seven step strategy plan begins with an initial scoping meeting
A launch meeting to fully agree the scope, expectations and objectives of the strategy work.
this is followed by a comprehensive review of IT including;
An audit of the current IT estate to understand the IT risks and identify areas of development to support the wider project.
An organisation wide consultation to understand how IT could make individual job roles more efficient
An interview process with key stakeholders, to better understand the wider IT aspirations and business strategy and to identify the IT needs of the organisation moving forward.
A survey to help us understand how aware your staff are when it comes to the risks of cyber crime
A review of your key suppliers and third parties involved in the provision of ICT in order to produce a consolidated report to provide an understanding of how they map together with the wider IT estate.
Once the review is concluded we will produce a detailed written strategy report, identifying key themes, reporting on research findings and identifying options for the next steps. Including the production of an IT roadmap to identify a logical order for all IT projects and plans over the coming 24 months.
A properly executed IT strategy ensures that all departments are aligned, that the IT roadmap is clear, that budgets can be properly planned, and that end users can make use of efficient technology that makes their job easier to perform.
